yo people, back to METAL again. this song is uber-dope, it has one of the most emotion-filled singing i ever heard. there is sadness in the anger, just listen and get the mood. melancholy with spleen! how dope is dat!

"The End of Heartache"

Seek me
Call me
I'll be waiting (x2)

This distance
This dissolution
I cling to memories while falling
Sleep brings release
And the hope of a new day
Waking the misery of being without you

Surrender, I give in
Another moment is another eternity

(Seek me) For comfort
(Call me) For solace
(I'll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart
(Seek me) Completion
(Call me) I’ll be waiting
(I'll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart

You know me
You know me all too well
My only desire to bridge our division

In sorrow I speak your name
And my voice mirrors
Mirrors my torment

(Seek me) For comfort
(Call me) For solace
(I'll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart
(Seek me) Completion
(Call me) I’ll be waiting
(I'll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart

Am I breathing?
My strength fails me
Your picture a bitter memory

For comfort
For solace

(Seek me) For comfort
(Call me) For solace
(I'll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who have a split personality - cold as ice on the outside but hot as fire in the heart.
In love, you feel the most alive when everything is uncertain, one moment heaven... the next moment hell.
You'd like to your lover to think you are loyal and faithful... that you'll never change.
You would be forced to break up with someone who was ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic.
Your ideal relationship is comforting. You crave a relationship where you always feel warmth and love.
Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.
You think of marriage as something that will confine you. You are afraid of marriage.
In this moment, you think of love as commitment. Love only works when both people are totally devoted.

then discovered the earring was too small, guess it was meant for the upper part of the ear, not the ear lobe. fuck, wasted 2 bucks.
then saw charlie donning this v. chio Air Max! he said he bought it for 180 plus. daammn. this implies that all air maxes are around this price range. shiiittttt should i buy????? i have nothing to buy now, and i can afford the shoe now...... but 179 for a shoe is a bit too much... ppl plz give some advice!
then around 10 lidat everyone went to katong to play DOTA. wtf. hahahaha. imagine all the smelly breakers go choing dota. then at the same time got some malays come invade. so me and kok went war memorial park there to break.

"Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to greater danger. It works the same in any country."

this song is fucking cheebying zai. first time i heard it i was shouting fuck. it is also a soundtrack of the movie Windstruck (wo de ye man shi jie). the english not that gd, but what matters is the soul

"Tears"

doko ni yukebaii anata to hanarete
ima wa sugisatta toki ni toi kakete
nagasugita yoru ni tobidachi wo yume mita
ikoku no sora mitsumete
kodoku wo dakishimete

nagareru namida wo toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai anata no toiki wo kanjite

* Dry your tears with love x2

Loneliness, your silent whisper
fills a river of tears through the night
Memory, you never let me cry
and you, you never said good-bye

Sometimes our tears blinded the love
We lost our dreams along the way
But I never thought
you'd trade your soul to the fates,
never thought you'd leave me alone

Time through the rain has set me free
Sands of time will keep your memory
Love everlasting fades away
Alive within your beatless heart

* repeat

nagareru namida wo toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai kanashimi wo aoi bara ni kaete

* repeat

nagareru namida wo toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai anata no toiki wo kanjite

* repeat x2

a discourse on pop and metal. hahaha

pop and metal are different genres of music. yet i always thought of pop of sex, and metal as love. becos pop is u hear first time its fucking nice, but keep on listening will get tired of it. metal is at first like fuck, but as you listen and get the mood the band is trying to convey, u realize you're in love. and it lasts.

thats why you seldom hear people locking themselves in their rooms and indulging in pop music. metal on the other hand is actually like classical music-- u appreciate the overall message of the song instead of enjoying catchy tunes used so much in pop. pop is meant mostly to be sung along, but seldom you sing along to metal.

yea.

think this song is most appropriate for the sad things happening lately. just try to cheer up ppl

"Stop Crying Your Heart Out"

Hold up
Hold on
Don't be scared
You'll never change what's been and gone

May your smile (may your smile)
Shine on (shine on)
Don't be scared (don't be scared)
Your destiny may keep you warm

Cos all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

Get up (get up)
Come on (come on)
Why're you scared? (I'm not scared)
You'll never change
What's been and gone

Cos all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

Cos all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Just take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

We're all of us stars
We're fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see us some day
Just take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out
Stop crying your heart out
Stop crying your heart out

The power of music. They capture this fragment of your life when you are listening to it, and keeps it. Then, five years down the road, you listen to the particular song again, and you feel the pangs of nostalgia--that particular fragment comes back to you.

Listening to Marshall Mathers by eminem--- i am in sec 2, staying for one whole week in the school gymnasium cos got intensive pre-comp training camp. During that period the six of us, the C Boys school team, ate slept played talked trained together. Joked. Threw tantrums. slept a few nights in the weights room, playing monopoly before sleeping. Walked to 7 11 at sixth avenue at 3 am to try scare the counter guy. Haha even remember wen kai saying how come eminem can sing 'fuck' until so calm and relaxed in the song.

Listening to Just Say Goodbye by JTL-- im preparing for my Os. study leave. i had this song on my new creative 256mb player. remember my parents were not at home, went overseas. home alone. remember sleeping at 11 every night, waking up at 4am to try to mug, then in the end end up listening to the player, and playing final fantasy tactics on my gameboy advance. eating canned food and bread for many a meal to save money. remember got 16 other school papers for physics to do, it was fucking thick. and i think i did all. hahaha

Listening to Gui Ji by Jay Chou-- after Os. going to town nearly every other day. juz started breaking. still had my creative player. talking 518 damn frequently until think the uncles know me. had a minor crush on somebody. went taiwan listening to this song 24/7.

Listening to Keep on Loving You by REO Speedwagon-- playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City till late at night every day. the song was a soundtrack of the game. also reminds me of chinhoe and yj coming my house to play dynasty warriors and dragonball on ps2. PW.

Listening to If We Hold On by dunno hu-- nostalgia upon nostalgia. listened to it last time cos of Land Before Time. then forgot abt the existence of this song when i grew up. then for sec 2 the song was used for a clip for Students Council. i was like 'wad the fuck', then went home to download. listened. the first time i cried because of a song.

Loads more actually. But i feel that if not for these songs i would not have so vividly remembered, or even remembered in the first place, all these bits and pieces making up my life. who knows, 6 years down the road when i listen to Lonely by Akon i might remember trying to type finish this despite an urge to go toilet da bian
