just now read a lot, finish national geog and nearly finish Machiavelli's The Prince liao. still got about .. let me see. yeah. 26 books waiting to be read/reread. wohohooooo.. really got time la cheebye.
yeay soon i have money to buy one tee and TWO shoes... but as to how many shoes i buying (o--2) still deciding... anw i understand how ppl on
www.niketalk.com are feeling.. that recently shoes are too hyped liao... too many ppl at too young a age buying too many shoes with too little knowledge abt sneakers... like wow this cool looking guy wearing this nike dunk, i heard heeren/far east/ 77th street sells something like these, let me buy some too. so u see the whole world wearing nike dunks/airforceones/superstars...only different colorways... originally this culture was abt exclusiveness.. like u wear this shoe outside no one will wear and u feel good.. but now..
btw actually i wanted to collect shoes since young. wanted to keep my Reebok Pumps (the one with the little orange basketball pump which you can press) and Converse All Star when i quite young... P2--P4 that time.. but my mum scolded me and said something like, really want keep worn shoes that you cant wear anymore, then threw them away. sigh. only now with more money, more savings and greater freedom can start to collect...
i just hope soon the shoe craze die down and the exclusiveness comes back... though it would be harder to find specific kicks then... but the digging is also part of the thing isnt it..
