im writing this shortly after receiving kh's call that he cant make it for the stayover. knn. hahahaa but really nothing against u la kh. just referring to general case. includes everyone, including you, me as well.
seriously despite all our promises and proclaiments (sp?) that we will gather and meet even after jc graduation i really think its freaking hard. even to get half the class together in one place will be damn hard. even for this period, with 4 guys not in army yet and the girls having temporary jobs, getting even the non-army ppl together is proving near impossible alr la, let alone when all guys in army, when everyone is busying in uni, when everyone has other frens, when everyone is weighed down by permament jobs , when everyone as their own family.. only 4 ppl can make it for the stayover in the end la...rather sad..
dats one sad fact of life loh. the ppl who come into our life, who cross our paths, with whom we share one moment of our lives with--perhaps they are just like the actors on a stage--they come, and go. yes, some stay a little longer, some perhaps even stay till u die, till the show ends, but for the rest, they come into each of our lives, serve their part, complete their role in the respective periods in which they appear in our lives, then disappear forever... no ending credits where they come out again in the end and take a final bow. perhaps i myself am a mere passer by in the life of whoever is reading this. perhaps the reader himself is a mere passer by in the lives of many other ppl. and theres really nothing we can do abt it. except maybe appreciate those times when these passers by come briefly into our lives.
hahahahaa dunno why i typing this, but really loh. perhaps the next time i see chin in CBD, the next time i see kh in some bar with his frens, the next time i drive and look into the car beside me and see phyllis driving, the next time i go gym(which is damn low chance) and see desmond there being personal trainer(HAHAHAHAHAHAHA) what passes between us may be just a smile, a wave, a "hi", before we pass other once more.
