2nd day at CGH. morning shift was better. time passes faster, more patients, and at the end of it all you still have half a day free.
i just reached there to report when suddenly heard ambulance siren. so i rush over to resusitation to see. this 46 yr old fat indian lady suffering from hypotension. she collapsed in her house kitchen and her super young son was the one who called 995. when she came in she was asystolic (0 heartbeat). the doctor chiong her with injections to restart her heart but cannot. (and btw the shock thing they do to restart hearts in movies is wrong. asystolic is not a shockable heart rhythm) so need to do cpr. hahaha i went to do. she was so fat that i coudlnt really find the exact area to place my hands, even with her shirt off and all. so i had toroughly gauge. but in the end after a while the doctor pronounced her dead. got to see rigor mortis and all.
and of course got to see her family members later on crying outside the room. rather sad cos her husband died 2 yrs ago. so now left only her rather young children
and btw today got his chio doctor. woots. hahahaa i mean with all the nyp and np nurses around there should be a chio nurse. but no loh all the nurse damn er. lucky got doctor. muahahahhahha her: "erm can you help me take vital signs?" "me: "YES OF COURSE"
shit now i dunno wad to do for the rest of the day. feeling tired and want to sleep but feel that i shouldnt waste precious time sleeping. cannot be a no life geek gugujiao hahahaaahahaa
