seriously, your organizational structure is as screwed up as the screw of a ceiling fan. you try to make your student-based events as dynamic and attractive as possible so as to appeal to the student body but how can you do that when your idea of the perfect event is one shackled by your age-old, dust-laden, tradition-bound expectations. you stifle creativity and energy with the suffocating pillow of risk averseness.
you cannot even reach a consensus on decisions to be made. there is no clear chain of command. opinions and suggestions come from all directions and times. what do you think this is, flowerpod.com.sg? even SAF has a clear chain of command when decisions are made and passed down from the top. and everything comes so last minute.
